Create an account setup link

Enter their login email, or choose a creator link without specifying an email. They set their password, verify their own email and accept the invitation. Creators still need approval.

Share privately with the intended creator. This link can be claimed once within 24 hours. The recipient verifies their own email and still awaits Omivaa approval.

Rate card and contact

Set your indicative collaboration rates. Leave a price blank to quote per campaign. Invited brands see your name, public channel links, rate card and reviewed statistics; your contact details are available only to you and Omivaa staff.

Private contact details

Upload screenshots from your YouTube Studio audience and overview tabs. We read the figures automatically, then an Omivaa manager checks and corrects them before awarding a review badge.

Include the monthly audience, age, gender, countries, devices and viewer behavior. Keep the reporting dates visible. Add an overview screenshot for subscriber totals and views, if available. 1–6 PNG or JPEG files, up to 4 MB each. Maximum three submissions per month.

Unreadable or missing figures stay blank for manager review. Uploading a replacement removes the previous month's review badge until the new submission is reviewed.
